Research has found that the power of our thoughts plays a definite role in our body's immunity and defense against illness. Obviously, it can't be claimed that positive thinking will cure you of all illnesses but it can help in your recovery.

Every thought and emotion affects your health. A holistic health approach encompasses treating the whole person: the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Traditional cultures have known for thousands of years that these aspects are intimately connected. Here are some very important steps you must take to achieve optimal holistic health. I can assure you that by putting these into practice, your overall health will be much improved! Through questioning you will discover the things that seemed unchangeable are actually flexible and can be manipulated.
